Our brand name itself points to this belief of owning a strength of character while also paying homage to the particles of stone used for our work. By drawing inspiration for our designs from minimalism to music and film movements the possibilities to adapt them to your lifestyle are limitless. In many of our designs you will also notice street aesthetics as a nod to the drive that impulses everyday individuals to instigate fashion forward movements.
Founder
The individual behind the concept of Grit & Stones is Christopher Parras. His fascination with fashion first started during his teenage years at the pinnacle of the music video era. Christopher's attraction to artists' stylish clothes in the videos fed his artistic creativity. Fast forward some years when a friend introduced Chris to jewelry designing. A newfound interest was born for the variety of ways that one can express themselves through different materials. Chris believes that individual style is a form of self-expression therefore he continues to look to music and film for inspiration.
